Depending on the supplier and packages available you can normally incorporate voicemail, voicemail to email forwarding alongside fax services all within the same package for large numbers of your staff. The options allow you to put you firmly in control whilst saving you a packet in call charges.

SMS anyone. do you spend a small fortune on you mobile sending SMS each month? Well as with cheaper voice calls you can with most providers send SMS texts to mobiles for half the price of standard charges. For example I use Vodafone and standard text costs are 10p + VAT which makes them 12p per message, if I used Skype to send a text to the UK it would cost me just 5p including VAT.

I know I won't always be around to use Skype but if I could use it for even a third of the texts I make a month I would save at least several pounds a month. which I'm sure I could find a better use for.

Also remember that most providers also offer lower rates to call mobiles, so if you choose the right tariff for you mobile you could easily juggle your free minutes and text with VoIP and pay hardly anything each month.

So what are you waiting for why not try VoIP today you cant lose as the software is normally free and you usually receive a free amount of call time or a cooling off period to test the service.

Find some suppliers, then test them out on your system see how the call quality and costs compare, remember that VoIP is the future and companies are starting to fight each other for customers so this may result in the already low fees going even lower or most likely providers offering unlimited VoIP use for a relatively low monthly fee.

For new users try Skype, they are one of the biggest suppliers and their is a good chance family and friends may already be using them so you can benefit by free services.
